Resumen

Los aneurismas del tronco celíaco son un problema clínico infrecuente. La mayoría de los pacientes son sintomáticos al momento del diagnóstico; sin embargo, ocasionalmente se detectan de manera incidental durante estudios imagenológicos para otras enfermedades.
Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 54 años con aneurisma sintomático del tronco celíaco, diagnosticado por tomografía e intervenido quirúrgicamente de manera satisfactoria.
