Resumen

Los tumores benignos cardiacos son una entidad con diferentes características según su localización y compromiso. En este artículo se describe el caso de una paciente con un lipoma gigante con síntomas insidiosos y silentes, que hacen de ésta una enfermedad de larga data y de difícil diagnóstico.
