Paraganglioma del órgano de Zuckerkandl

Los paragangliomas del órgano de Zuckerkandl son un problema clínico infrecuente. Aunque los pacientes pre- sentan síntomas característicos, como hipertensión arterial de difícil manejo, cefalea y palpitaciones, su diagnóstico se debe considerar de exclusión.
En este artículo se hace una revisión de la literatura y se presenta con caso clínico.
